No we’re told that law can manipulate everything in his room, no where does it say law can cut anything in his room except for haki? And again, Jack has more than enough haki feats to handle that even if it weren’t the case.

Zoro wasn’t cutting swords in half pre timeskip… closest he got was shattering a sword using his strength. Cutting the Steel of a sword requires haki as we learned.
