@Garp the Fist who would be the ones trustworthy enough to provide confirmed information? There is a chance some people could post "unconfirmed" vivre cards for their own agenda.
For example, If spoilers thread has someone like @Lance_Dragonite to post spoiler, this vivre card thread should have one(s) as well.

Chances are the information here is going to be a bit garbled at the start, so users will have to take information with a grain of salt. When it looks like all the information is confirmed I’ll go through here and delete anything inaccurate.

No matter what kind of chaotic situation he might find himself in, he can perfectly lock on to the sounds of a beauty in distress.

Dunno what Viz went with for Usopp's nickname but it's 'Inazumasukaiza', inazuma meaning flash. Brook's nickname is untranslatable into English 'UrayamaC Women's bath man' so I made it as intelligible as I could, with urayamashii meaning jealous or envious.

It seems that riginally he was not a ninja but rather a Lord like design. Also includes deign for his human form.

Her dignified beauty is the same even looking at the sketch. It looks like that there was originally going to be a scene where a grim Robin faces a woman that seems like Komurasaki.
Franosuke
Sketches of him in a craftsman happi coat and design of Minatomo's pattern were discovered. It was also confirmed from this design art that Kaido's headquarter Onigashima was originally going to be be call Ryu(dragon)gashima.
Bonekichi
His design has the same usual outfit, it seems that it went through a lot of changes to become the yokai clothing he wears in the manga.

Zoro arrived in Wano bearing Shusui, which he received from the swordsmaster Ryuma in Thriller Bark. He became the ronin Zorojuro and began to gather allies... or so he was going to. Falsely accused of being the tsujigiri, he became nationally wanted! Yet those adverse circumstances were no big deal; he cut down strong opponents one after another and eventually obtained the meito Enma! To cut down an oni in one clean sweep, he's on his way to Onigashima!

Sangoro's custom Nihachi Soba (lit. 2:8 Soba; i.e. ratio of wheat flower to buckwheat flower is 2:8) "Ohako Soba" is so popular that droves of people gather up to buy it leading to massive waiting lines in the Flower Capital.
(i.e. the bit "Ohako" [lit. No. 18] in "Ohako Soba" is derived from adding up the ["San" -> 3, "Go" -> 5] from "Sangoro" and ("Ni" -> 2, "Hachi" -> 8] from "Nihachi Soba" so basically [3 + 5 + 2 + 8 = 18])
After acquiring the raid suit and surpassing Zoro's bounty, Sangoro quite literally has zero blind spots left!!
