Yeah Buggy became the Yonko, but the chapter clearly showed the 3 : Brannew talked about Croco Mihawk and Buggy. Buggy became Yonko by making Mihawk and Croco obey him and it became a huge threat to the world thanks to the alliance of these three ones.
Brannew said it clearly : the cross guild will be a major, major threat to us !
The alliance of those three under Buggy is the threat.
Brannew showing those three bounties and highlighted them is far from a Yonko and mere underlings. Those three are the Cross Guild, under Buggy yes, but they are.
Mihawk and Croco became part of huge threat to the world, so yes they got an increase

Because he's not a founding member and kaido is the captain..kaidos own bounty has increased over time.
Crocodile is mihawks ally and not a subordinate..him being able to get mihawk on board speaks to his genius and charisma (two things mentioned in his bounty).
If Kaido can ally with Mihawk (someone far stronger than him) kaido would have 6 billion
If mihawk accepted that yonko title last chapter mihawk would be worth 6 billion too
If shanks had some sword skills (aka crazy strong advCoC) he would be worth more than 1.014 billion

You agree that Buggy became Yonkou because the WG believed he made Mihawk and Croc obey him. Yet, you also claim that they are an alliance which suggests equality but that is not the case as per WG. Even Mihawk and Croc mention this very point that Buggy was made the leader and they underlings
Brannew's statement is about the future because as already stated, Cross guild is featless as an organization

I like how Zoro/Mihawk fans they pass off their own beliefs as others. No self respecting Luffy fan would ever put Shanks on the same level as Roger.
