They had King's wings as white before
But they've also got stuff like Queen's hair right before so...
Anyway Kizaru's outfit looks great either way, but the yellow and black definitely looks best for him

They didn't. Oda already shown like 3 weeks earlier his color scheme with Volume 93. 4th of July was the release of the volume but the cover is shown 2 weeks earlier.,so mid June. Queen was first shown in the Anime opening for a small snipet on 7th of July.
