Bro had the perfect idea and was realizing it
A cover with some cool villains plus some iconic main characters and other important characters from the arc
He was literally DOING that

Then...
We get a cover with some irrelevant characters whom no one will ever care about

WHY, DAMN WHY
How can someone go wrong this much?

The New Giant Warrior Pirates and Saul are not irrelevant characters at least not in the Elbaf arc.

Also it is best we got them now to get it over with, no need to get triggered over a volume cover, I'm pretty sure the next volume cover or the one after that will feature the Holy Knights and Gaban.

You are also forgetting that we are in the Elbaf arc, you really think Oda won't have the New Giant Warrior Pirates and Saul on a Elbaf volume cover.:ClownStare:

Was cooking up the perfect volume cover then ruined it with a bunch of clowns smiling with Luffy. Shit is annoying as hell. I miss the old covers we used to have. Shame we aren’t getting Gunko and Shamrock’s official colour schemes too

Yeah the cover isn't that bad, I think it's a bit dumb that a few are getting upset over the New Giant Warrior Pirates being on a Elbaf volume cover.

We are in the arc of giants, the country of giants, and the New Giant Warrior Pirates are major characters of the Elbaf arc, of course Oda was going to have them on the volume cover.

Personally I would have preferred that he went with the Holy Knights on the cover but oh well maybe next time, hopefully the next volume cover will feature them.

Personally I love this Cover, it's great.
I admit I would have liked to see the Holy (knight) color designs, but that's okay.

The Cover is illuminated in bright colors, which I don't usually like, but I don't mind it here. Oda has also modified the colors of the New Giant Pirates, by the way

Besides, Hajrudin is an important character for the kingdom of Erbaf, for the Giants and even for Luffy. He got a place on this cover.

Then there are the gags about Road having a crush on Gerd and peeking at her furtively. Obviously not reciprocated, as she'd rather watch Hajrudin or Saul and Robin's reunion (anyone's choice 😅).

The reunion between Robin and Saul was also to be illustrated, so all the better. And then the circle of arms that Luffy makes and whose both hands are held by Hajrudin and Gerd (I don't want to sound like a shipper, but it's curious 🙃)
Anyway it's validated!
