I want to know if Black Maria and Sasaki have giant and Fishman ancestry, yeah. And if Who's Who is a long leg like some believe. We almost certainly won't get anything on Kaido and King's races though.

That's a very strong "maybe". My wife does translation as a favor to me, but anything bigger than a very occasional chapter might be too much to ask. If there's something that seems interesting in there, we'll try.
