It was stated in the manga and even in a Instagram Post. Only people like Artur pushed the agenda of Yamato being a boy. It’s a completely different case then Kiku, Yamato just wants to be Oden, the gender was not important, if Oden would have been a woman she would call herself so. It’s not like she wants to be a male... Social justice warriors like Artur doesn’t understand that
Doffy isn´t stronger then Weevil, the one get hyped by Kizaru very much well the other get asskicked by a half dead Law and weakenend Luffy(of course seperate battles). After Mihawk,Weevil get the spot as YC1lvl if not even stronger since he is in future most like Luffy opponent. Current Luffy would wreck Doffy hard.

Warlords are stronger than a Yonko Group as a collective, they are one of the 3 great powers, said to be able to stop BM Kaido Alliance, requires Marine HQ most of their forces to deal with 4 of them, though they are prob the weakest out of the 3 Powers, but def stronger than 1/4 of Another Great Power, which is Yonko. Most of the warlords are YC1 or higher ish, but below Admirals and Yonkos.
Doflamingo is obviously below BM, but he's clearly close to Top Tier based of what he did in Dressrosa, he somewhat draws Parallel to Fujitora(Top Tier no doubt), beats Law, who can stall Fujitora(cuts meteor, breaks gravity sword, takt wrecks his ship), you gotta be at the higher end of Yonko Commanders to do what Law did, and even higher to do what Doflamingo did to Law.
