It’s way worse this arc. In Whole cake island all he got was future sight, but in this arc he got adv coa, adv coc, and now telepathy lol

Imagine if Luffy negates Kaido's regen with his VOAT lol.......

From udon training where he learned how to resist seastone better and learned advanced coa, he even got more muscular form all the work he did there that trained all his stats, to roof battle where kaidou teached him advanced coc. Wano is turning into one big training arc for luffy, now he also gets to train his VOAT rofl by speaking it with fellow voat user momo.


coming to wano was like luffy enlist in the army camp for the summer, with Sergent kaidou train him to turn him into a man.

If getting magical things that do everything for you can be considered as training then yes.

I think Oda is aiming to wrap up the manga soonish, and all these power ups are just so that his performance in the final war doesn't look like an asspull. I mean Luffy is clearly gonna be around Yonko level after Wano, you can't really grow much beyond that.

That's presumably going to be used as a particular tool that allows to communicate with beings from the short-long distance, not necessarily Sea Kings of course. Could be pretty useful as a form of telepathy.
