In the recent one piece episodes, we finally reached Hyogoro explaining Ryuo to luffy. Ryou is what they call Haki in Wano. It got me thinking on why Oda chose the word Ryuo; Flowing Sakura.
If anyone remembers Chopper's backstory, Doctor Hiluluk had an unimaginable goal, and that was to create an elixir capable of curing all kinds of diseases. Our boy Doc told Chopper a story about a man who was diagnosed with a grave heart disease and this individual went on a voyage to find a cure. But failed to find any cure with all the money he had. Disappointed. Given up. To his surprise, his disease was completely healed after he saw a mountain full of cherry blossoms. Dr. Hiluluk believed that cherry blossoms can cure anything, even the hearts of people of drum island kingdom. [Chapter 142]
We find out that the flower capital of Wano country is filled with Sakura trees. At first I thought, wow chopper found the cure of all things. But it got me thinking, why didn't chopper, who inherited Hiluluk’s will, say anything about sakuras in wano? If just looking at some bunch of sakura trees can cure you then why aren't the people of wano cured from their diseases.
Reiki (霊気, /ˈreɪkiː/) is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
Now that Oda added Ryuo to the story. An ability that has the potential to destroy from within. I believe Chopper will use flowing cherry blossoms to advance his medical expertise and heal from within.
pretime skip chopper was able to tap in to the frequencies and surpass his own devil fruit limit.

Wano chopper expectations
unlock ryuo or aleast learn about ryuo
use the rumble ball or and with ryuo to reverse the effects of the smile devil fruit.
Cure the hearts of wano or cure big mom.
