Powers & Abilities Wano was the perfect place for Usopp to kill/knock out a lot of people and gain noteriety/infamy as a marksman/sharpooter.

Oda wasted usopp i do not care what anyone says. When has our sharpooter acted as a sharpooter? Usopp could have been so much more this arc covering for every intrusion but instead we got tama playing a huge role and usopp was basically a therapist for the samurais. Absolutely vile.

It's a thousand percent clear that Usopp's next big arc is Elbaf. And also, without his sharpshooting skills, feeding the Gifters the kibi dango in this capacity would've been impossible and Tama wouldn't have had much of a role at all.

I know from where comes your anger, it is valid, but as it was said before me: Elbaf for sure will be a big arc for Usopp and if now he had a great time as other part of the crew it wouldn't be balanced between screen time in the manga. Sor example, Robin didn't had much of a bigger rule on Dressrosa but after it we had a great fight between her and Black Maria and now fact that CP0 are chasing her. I think similar will be with Usopp. Maybe there will be some other short arcs between Wano and Elbaf, don't know but we cannot have everything on our plates when we have characters apparently more important and all.

Besides I like when Usopp has his speeches who are on the same level of giving power and will to live as Bello Betty's DF.

I hope so much that Usopp get a powerup. I realized now how much i like him lol. But at the moment im a bit upset cause the strawhats. The Main Chars are so strong, some got a powerup like Robin but Nami and Usopp are not evolving like others.. or they dont show :(
They tanked some really strong hits but were not really able to defeat strong enemys. I know Nami had Zeus but i dont think its her real powerup.. She should be stronger even without Zeus

The fact people are saying "wait for Elbaf since Elbaf is Usopp's arc" tells you a lot about the quality of the story. No story needs the reader to wait 10 years for a character to develop nor does a character need a single arc to showcase their abilities. That isn't how it works. It is a huge problem when main characters don't have any use to a current arc. That is just basic 101 writing, i.e. have your main characters have a purpose.
