Tbh starting distance matters significantly here. If Hashirama doesn’t start in Sage mode, he could be vulnerable to a Kamui snipe (considering both eyes together enhances kamuis speed that would be extra shit).

If he can survive long enough to cover the battlefield in vegetation, make Mokuton clones to directly confront the team, he’ll win.

Obito would have to get close to Hashirama for double speed Kamui which is suicide, he doesn’t have long range Kamui. Hashi also has Sage Mode to alert him to an incoming ambush.
