Opinion: Kakashi is a faster character than Tsunade. Part1 Kabuto could keep up with Tsunade and even outspeed her at times, the same Kabuto who got easily outmaneuvered by Kakashi even without the Sharingan. Kakashi could also keep up with Itachi, another faster character than Tsunade. That alongside the Sharingan prediction, i believe, he shouldn't have any issues dodging Tsunade's straight forward attacks. Now Tsunade has katsuyu, but i believe Tsunade doesn't have great coordination attack with this summon since she would either stay on top of katsuyu or have to come close range, in Kakashi's range to fight. Besides, katsuyu could potentially be placed in a genjutsu.
Outside of that, Kakashi is also known for his clones and substitution jutsu, with his clones managing to feint even Itachi(with Sharingan) and Pain(with Rinnegan), making me believe he could bunshin feint Tsunade, so even if Tsunade were to surprise him with Byakugo, the additional knowledge he'd aquire after bunshin feinting her, would help him to find a counter strategy to deal with Tsunade personally and if he uses a lightning clone, it could even paralyze her and leave her open for a raiden, cutting her in half Madara style. Unlike Tsunade, he also has multiple range ninjutsu(water great fall technique, water dragon bullet, lightning fang, doton wall, doton: hiding in the mole and so on), which could allow him to keep Tsunade at bay and surprise her with his multi-dimensional ninjutsu attack, all that without even factoring in Kamui that could help him seal the deal at any moment, especially when he could use it multiple times in the manga, sometimes at faster rate than even Obito's kamui, like when he warped Naruto's clone faster than Obito's kamui.
Overall then, i think Kakashi is like a bad match-up for Tsunade, ultimately winning mid diff or so depending on when he decides to use kamui, but what do you think?
