Here is how I see things after the war finish

major death, at least garp

Marines enter after sword/cp0/garp/akainu calling

after she kills garp, big mom back stabs kaido and doesn’t bother to help him

big mom pirates and beast pirates are defeated and captured to prison

big mom survive, kaido doesn’t... I think it’s possible he dies.

Alliance leaves while samurai stay

Yamato and carrot join either the crew or grand fleet

big mom being the selfish bitch she is will leave her defeated kids behind her back and will run away..( possibly because couple of admirals arrived and she doesn’t want to get in a pointless fight where she lost all named members of her crew) ...full with rage wanting luffy’s head

that’s all...
luffy VS big mom in elbaf 1 vs 1... battle of revenge
Then luffy meets shanks and he tells him that he surpassed him
Yonko saga ends

tbh i could see robin captured by cp0, and oda seemingly likes repetitive plot anyway.

Luffy defeat Kaido
Zoro defeats Orochi or helps in defeating Kaido
Sanji defeats King
Drake/Apoo/Hawkins/Someone else defeat Queen
Scabbards or Yamato defeat Jack
Jinbe defeats WsW
Robin defeats BM
Franky defeats Sasaki
Usopp defeats P1
Nami defeats Ulti

Meme gets kicked off the island and fights and is defeated by Greenbull....

Kaido will be defeated at the end of the third fight against him, with Luffy being the one to do the most damage and land the finishing blow on him.

Most of the Beast Pirates and their allies will be beaten and imprisonned

Big Mom will somehow turn on Kaido, possibly turn good and leave Wano at the end of the arc with her children.

Marines will come at the end the arc, hopefully Ryukogyu, Smoker, Tashigi will be among them.

We'll see the seeds for a future conflict between SWORD and the CP0 be planted.

The Minks and Samurais will be allies to the Straw Hats. Momo will be made Shogun with Hiyori as regent.

Big Mom didn't try quite hard overall, plus the manga is showing how King is dealing fine with Marco, at least for now however. But this doesn't mean that the admirals are weaker than the yonko regardless, it's still the other way around in my opinion.

marco also wasnt going quite hard it was a brief clash marco was the one smiling, big mom was the one in discomfort , she got a free shot in when he started to explain his fruit and back off
