Not really where do you guys get that idea from, Sanji doesn't hate science he just doesn't want to be like his brothers thats all.

I suggest you reread if you want clear context on what "Warrior of Science" actually means in this context. Sanji has a dilemma in this chapter to be human with emotions that is useless against women or be warrior of science who can fell beasts like Queen easily. He questions which of these will Luffy prefers. Then he makes the choice to destroy the Raid suit. He decides to stay as human with emotions. But his body is clearly modified already, so he is not sure if he would lose his emotions even though he destroys the Raid suit. He then calls Zoro and asks him to kill him if he loses himself after the fight.

He awakened exoskeleton so he did become warrior of science.
