Yes. Oda was very merciful to the WB crew. He used the stupid argument of not destroying Marineford and that's why Admirals couldn't go all out.
Without any restrictions. Admirals would end the WB alliance before the dinner.
WB was not in shape to fight a High diff fight against one Admiral let alone 3 of them.
