Luffy in base could keep up with a 4000 Doriki strong Rokushiki master in base. G2 pre ts was called out as doping. Means that Luffy, who was within base Lucci's Doriki range in base already, got a significant strength boost on top.
Which among other things made him able to use Soru, which boosted his movement speed significantly and just as immensly G2 boosted his attack speed and attack power. All that within the concept of a time limited mode. I mean even his attack pre fix changed.
You really have to understand that if you do not suddenly buff up like Lucci did back then, G2 Luffy will handle you the same way, he handled pre transformation and partly transformed Lucci aswell. Rewatch those panels, it might convince you.
But I guess anyone and their mothers have the physical make up of Hybrid Lucci. And their dfs going by your understanding are probably what? Additional benefits? It just makens not one bit of sense.
Isn't it more likelier to assume that Luffy is in fact, just like he was portrayed to be, rather among the top of the supernovas, cause he would exactly do that to most of them, what he could do to base Lucci, who's already a very high benchmark for all of them, bar Drake, hybrid Drake and probably Kid, in overall stats and bar someone like transformed Urouge in resilience (which doesn't matter, cause he will get blitzed and punished constantly anyway)?
What swordbois will seemingly never get is, that G2 Luffy completely speedblitzes and low diffs Kaku and Jabra respectively, just like Lucci would beat them and just like both plainly beat Sanji and Zoro to a pulp, thus the "in manga" statement about how he has to stop Lucci, cause otherwise his nakama will be in serious danger.

Ashura obv lasts an hour and everyone has to just stand there and eat those 9 swords, even if that someone is double as fast. And Kaku's giraffe is obviously 20 times more powerful than Lucci's leopard transformation, while that Giraffe mode, in which he's able to use Amanedachi, is obviously totally stat balanced and combat fitting, far in contrast to what anybody would think at first impression and thus it did not completely changed his fighting style in the canon material (nose game is stronk) for the most part of that fight and hybrid Lucci and Luffy wouldn't be able to manuever around that newfound fighting style ( his freakin nose) whenever they want to and cheap shot his giraffe ass.
No it's simply not true that they are much more nimble and faster than Zoro.. and by extension, capable of handling Kaku's neck/nose combi.
And it's also simply not true that Luffy is Zoro's captain and that he fought the boss of the opposing organisation, who's Kaku's superior. Nah.. And let's not even talk about those fake bounties...
