this is what i think, i think sabo successfully infiltraded marjois, sabo probably was on the right time where imu sama was talking about the great cleansing and this plan will start by destroying king cobra and vivi, probably sabo heard all this!

remember the first time we see imu sama and shirahoshi picture, black beard and luffy bounty the only one imu sama was holding was vivi’s picture..

and this is probably the reason how sabo was able to save vivi, imu was actually trying to kill vivi and not sabo.

now the real question is.. what if vivi has got to do with ancient weapon?

They called Sabo unlucky because he happened to take shelter in a rebelling nation. Because if he was in an affiliated nation, they'd be forced to not attack them or at least end up losing a country because of that.

No. They were specifically targeting Lulusia. But why though? Just because it was one of the 8 countries that rebelled? That seems a tad bit over the top. Not to mention stupid. Cause if they wants to suppress the new flames of revolution, they would need to delete all 8 islands. And that much destruction isn't gonna go unnoticed even with the supposed brainwashing powers the gorosei or imu seem to have.

And if it's just Lulusia, then it would need to have a damn good reason to be targetted, like maybe the 4th road poneglyph was there or something. Otherwise, this stunt was just plot bullshit to introduce imus power.
