This isn't a member of the Gorosei, nor would it be anyone under them such as a Celestial Dragon, or a common guard due to the knowledge of Imu being a secret.

Is it possible that this is actually one of God's Knights?

The person acknowledges them as “Great Imu” similar to how the Gorosei acknowledge Imu.

Imu’s used the sword to slash up pictures of Luffy, Blackbeard and Shirahoshi.

I honestly doubt that… This is suppose to be a great secret of the world to the point Sabo has the most shocked face I’ve seen in One Piece.

Gorosei might also be from the 9 knights. Seems that these guys could be the ancient warriors of when the won the ancient war.

I think that's just a maid/personal servant of Imu.

Think of Imu as Muzan from Demon Slayer and the Upper Moons/Lower Moons demons are Holy Knights.

Then the servant there is equivalent of Nakime who is Muzan's personal servant.

Most likely it is a holy knight. If you look at his silhouette he/she is on his knees but it also has something which goes from his hands to the ground, and that could easily be a sword, also if that is the case it is the position used by knights in front of their king/god.
