Maybe Joy Boy send her to the future,to protect her from the battle that they were losing. But,as we know,she is the mother of Momonosuke. This would make Momo a descendant of Joy Boy. What would this mean,for Momo's powers and his role in the story? If he really will be revealed as Joy Boy's descendant,what will he do in the future?

I don't know about Toki being Joyboy's daughter, but the Amatsuki Family that she descends from is shrouded in mystery. At least part of the family was already living outside Wano Country over 800 years ago. Excluding Toki and her children, no other members have appeared, even during the Wano Country Arc.
Amatsuki means "heaven moon." Poetically, the children of this line could be seen as heaven-sent. Momo's inherited blade, Ame no Habakiri, is said to be capable of cutting down the heavens. We haven't seen him use it yet, but it will be interesting to see its eventual role.
