Character Discussion Was Whitebeard inspired by Raizen from Yu Yu Hakusho?

Was Whitebeard partly inspired by Riazen from Yu Yu Hakusho?
There are some notable similarities between the Characters and their portrayals in their series.

BOTH:
In their Prime were the strongest of their respective groups. Raizen with the Three Kings. And Whitebeard with the Yonko.
Were sick or in a weakened state. Whitebeard from his illness and age, and Raizen from his hunger.
Both their death even lead to chaos, and massive changes. With in Yu Yu Hakusho leading to a tournament to decide the "King of the Demon World" effectly getting rid of the Three Kings power structure that was there for 1000 years prior.

The Yonko concept was probably inspired by the 3 kings yes.

As for WB and Raizen, other than being sick/refusing to it and extremely prideful, I don't see many similarities.

The Yusuke/Raizen interactions do remind me of Ace trying to go for WB's head though

More likely it is an overused cliche that Togashi used too, then of course considering the other 3 yonkos and 3 kings etc. It is quite similair. Yet the old legend dying for the younger ones and at the same time creating a commotion that needs ti be solved is pretty classic (Naruto wirh Sarutobi, HxH with Netero, Dragonball with roshi/god who later come both back with the dragon balls but that is another matter).

he was inspired by an old man living next to Oda's house .... in terms of personality

and in fiction world ... I think he's more like "God of War Guan Yu"

but instead of iconic beard ... he had iconic mustache

I can only see the yonko/3 Kings parallel. I don't feel like Oda takes too much inspiration from a single series. He is known for taking it from countless ones as far as I'm acknowledged.
