basically there is gonna be another moment like this when gaban and nami talk about navigation and weather. Gaban is gonna tell her she is using COO without consciously and gonna get angry at her For not controlling it.

Due to how the weather reacts towards her body, that is just a skill she picked up due to years of navigating. It doesn’t need haki
