I think it might have an effect to a certain degree, otherwise they wouldn’t need to wrap his entire body with seastone chains. Queen also did that against Big Mom for good measure. We know that seastone composition has an effect, 100% seastone cuffs are way more draining. Overall, the amount of seastone your body is in contact with is directly proportional to the efficacy.
