If yamato joins she will fight jack of the next crew.

Jack vs inu ( outside character)
Queen vs sanji
King vs zoro..
From kaido's main force the only strong person who didn't battle with a strawhat was Jack, who also was a lot weaker than the people above him.
Oda started with the idea of M3 from the very beginning and that it's not going to change now that he ending his series
( in another 20 years but still).
Those 3 will always be monsters compare to the rest even if a beast of a woman like yamato joins lol..
But after everything is said and done, sanji has no business with Zoro's opponents because he will get an ass whooping....
