It is stated that Tama's birthday is on March 3rd, which is the day Luffy landed in Wano. If they stayed in Wano for a whole month, that means Egghead took place around a week after that, which would mean Elbaf takes place around mid to late April. This means we're only a few weeks away in universe from Luffy's 20th birthday. I'd appreciate it if Oda decided to have the Straw Hats celebrate Luffy's birthday.

It's not a matter of speculation, they were there for around a month. Luffy trained for 2 weeks before the raid, and then they stayed for around 2 extra weeks or so after Kaido's defeat.
