My go to butter of choice is classic blue bonnet
I would personally go for ghee or shea butter but fair enough

Ofc nothing beats a good ol' European olive oil

I'm a Countrycrock type of butter person.
I have a entire tub in my fridge

I use blue bonnet for cooking and country crock for toast and bagles

Buy coconut oil too. Gives quite a different taste. Best to go with fruit or vegtables than meat though

For bread and stuff, I like the spray butter. It's much easier.
that reminds me I have an unused avocado oil spray.
