When the manga told us Mihawk, Crocodile and Buggy's bounty it explained to us why they received their bounty. Mihawk's bounty was because of his WSS title and sword skills. He's bounty was just based only on his strength. Crocodile's bounty was because of his DF, intelligent, and information gathering skills. Buggy's bounty was because Mihawk and Crocodile are part of his crew and his past. The bounty doesn't say anything about Mihawk's Marine Hunter days or title so you can't add that.

This is Zoro's current pinnacle of swordsmanship. It includes haki.
Haki is the reason the technique is so powerful and destructive.
