If Loki joins, the pecking order would be:
Zoro>Loki>Luffy>Sanjino
Oda never had any issues with it, he dethroned Sanjino many times.
He simply doesnt want to dethrone Luffy from the #2 spot.
And Jinbe was indeed stronger than Luffy until Wano act #2.

Yamato didn't join. Oden was weaker than Ray n Gaban. Jinbei is weaker than Z n S.

Doubt Loki would fit on the ship.

Yamato was technically part of the beast pirates under Kaido, no body believes Gaban > Oden besides Sanji stans, doesn’t have to be Jinbe
