Being a swordsman and having CoC is rare, reason having a black blade is rare.

Roger, Shanks, Mihawk, rayleigh, Zoro, rocks(nasjuro) to name but a few all have coc and you said it's rare?? 😭 ( isn't the op world basically full of swordsmen)

There are only 2 known for their forged black blades. Ryuma and Mihawk
There are at least 10 known Adcoc users
Roger, Ray, Whitebeard, Oden, Shanks, Mihawk, Garp, Luffy, Zoro, 5 Gorosei etc...

having Conquerors is already feat upon itself, being able to push it further is a higher feat than a blackblade.

Most likely it's your own black blade you'll need. And it makes sense. You put your own Haki into it, do whatever required to turn the blade black. Naturally you're the only person with access to its feats.

Shusui was useless to zoro even through he's related to its forger. I wonder how mihawk reacted to it tho.

Well yeah, it’s not the black blade itself that necessarily has impressive value, but what it actually takes to forge it.

But until we actually know what that is, this discussion is pointless.

Black Blade is the rarest feat.

Forging Blackblade for its rareness alone, even if ACOC turns out to be the stronger powerup, but Oda already gave that to too many people. Its clearly not Luffys ultimate powerup either, but some shit that "completes" his awakened Nika form so Luffy gang doesn't even need to be afraid if Black Blade > ACOC.

Honestly I found it quite weird that shusui was taken away from zoro ,and yet Zoro main power up in wano was him going all out with his haki to tame Enma. It left me wondering, if all that was necessary was for Zoro to go all out why take the blade that was harder, more comfortable with etc. I think oda ultimately didn’t want us the reader to see how insanely destructive a black blade can get when adv coc is flowing through it. Maybe I am looking too far in to this, and there may also be something that comes from making one for himself
