Bloating of characters - leads to bad pacing and takes time away from characters that need it. Luffy meatriding is further highlighted because he's the only one whose importance/screentime is not compromised. Haki - is the reason fights suck ass compared to preskip, because it's not explained it leads to more questions than answers anyway. Lack of Deaths - which means lack of tension and suspense.
-Deaths (just Wano alone had some good Oppurtunities for certain Charachters like Kinemon,Kiku etc. To give them a epic Death but Oda instead offscreened Izo and Ashura)
Surely they only died so that Toki's prophecy about the nine shadows would come true. Oda probably noticed that in the middle: "Oh shit, there are too many. But almost all the villains are already defeated. Okay, then Izou just dies offscreen against CP0 and Ashura dies in an explosion."
-Split the mugis always in groups fuck they are like a soccer team
-Repetitive pannels
-Doesn't innovate
-Lose time in nonesenses like x character running to y point without a purpose
-A lot of focusing on side characters
-Deaths doesn't work in fb anymore e.g. 1066
-Fake deaths and tension in a war like onigashima e.g kinnemon kiku kanjuro
-Off-pannel important things
Loda inability to make his mc take the backseat for once let other character have their moment
He would rather draw million lame boring and repetitive goofy chapters than flesh out strawhats fights conclude their plot lines
- stretching on irrelevant shit, while rushing the important parts
- randomly building up new plotpoints and then abandoning them. Why create them in the first place?
- fake tension and fake announcements. Remember "wouldn't people be disappointed if Kaido was defeated by a big punch" ? Remember "ohh Sabo, Vivi, Boa Hancock" ?

Entire post timeskip, with the exception of Dresrossa to an extend, has been Oda riding Luffy 24x7
Compare this, to pre TS when:
- Zoro was something more than a "badass" fighter
- when Sanji was the detective in the shadows
- when Nami actually had character moments than be tits who got an asspull Zeus handed to her
- when Chopper was an actual character than a mascot
- when Ussop had actual plotlines and character moments.
1) Run Piece: wasting dozens chapters of characters running around doing nothing
2) Introducing tons of new characters every arc, reducing panels time of the main characters leading to MCs not getting good character development.
3) Inconsistent power system(haki specifically observation)
4) Introducing plot points just to never touch them again.
5) Way too many fake deaths
6) Destroyed unique individual personalities of SHs and made them just luffy d-riders
7) Horrible art and panels
These are the issues that immediately come to mind. There may be more but i consider these the major issues.

While Sabo and Vivi are obviously alive, Hancock was possibly about to die to BB if not for Rayleigh coming in.
So she at least had some tension, as the main villain was chokeholding her ass.
Robin still has important plot points.
We got to know that WG is still trying to capture her, that Yonko crews were after her, her bounty playing up, etc. We still get to see stuff related to her character in Egghead, with Vegapunk and Saul.
But Oda has no clue what to do with Nami anymore I think. She has no character moments or plot points, last I remember her doing anything was in WCI arc.
Compare that to pre TS, where she got tons of shine in East Blue, had plot points with her getting sick leading to Vivi getting her moment + Chopper joining, we actually seeing her navigation skill (rather than just assuming), actually learned how to use her knowledge with a tool to create lightning/rain etc, when romance dawn trio was an actual thing with those three having moments often (prominent one being the meeting with Blackbeard), etc.
And Nami getting Zeus is the worst thing that happened to her.
People shit on Zoro for getting Emna, but what that really did was only use Zoro's own power (haki). And it came at a cost, that sword would kill regular swordsmen upon just picking it up, to the point where even Scabbards were scared of it. Zoro had to put in effort to tame it.
Ultimately, it only acted as a training tool for Zoro to improve his haki and eventually get advanced conqueror's haki.
Compare that to Zeus.
Free asspull powerup with zero risk. Cheap writing, with stupid contrivances leading to Big Mom and Zeus separating.
Instead of her improving her powers with tools and knowledge like during pre TS, and instead of using the knowledge she gained from weatheria..........she instead got Zeus. What a damn waste.

The point simply was that Oda was implying that something bad/horrible happened to Sabo, Vivi and Boa.
While clearly NOTHING happened to them.
- Sabo became a damn revolutionary hero, somehow got past 2 admirals. The Lulucia kingdom stuff happened later, so that doesn't count even if something might have happened to Sabo then (nothing would happen to him)
- Vivi was completely fine, the one who died was Cobra
- Nothing happened to Boa, she is completely fine. Yeah, she was in some trouble, but it amounted to nothing.
