Killer should have a huge bounty because we have to take into account his status.
Okay, he just beat Hawkins but he's among Supernovae who took part in the defeat of 2 Emperors.

Zoro -> Supernovae who took part in the defeat of Kaidou and Big Mom + YC of an Emperor -> 1.111 billions

Jinbei -> ex Shichibukai + YC of an Emperor -> 1.100 billions

Sanji -> Vinsmoke's clout + YC of an Emperor -> 1.032 billions

Killer is not an YC commander but he was among the Supernovae who attacked Kaidou and Big Mom.
The WG probably doesn't know he defeated Hawkins and thinks he helped Luffy, Law, Kid and Zoro defeat Kaidou and Big Mom.

So Killer -> Supernovae who took part in the defeat of Kaidou and Big Mom + RHM of a Supernovae who has a 3 billion bounty -> equal to a bounty more or less than Sanji.

Honestly, Killer's bounty should be lower than Perospero's bounty

You mean when he not only outsmarted Hawkins while being handicapped with having to worry about Kidds strawdoll and removing one of his arms with ease then going on to one shot Hawkins a Headliner for Kaido….

while also being able to fight on par with Zoro without his own weapons, be in the top 5 strongest on the island to face off against Kaido and BM, then went onto injure Kaido yeah dude wasn’t top dog or anything this arc.

Killer barely scratched Kaido. Kiku arguably did more damage than him. His greatest contribution in the war was defeating Headliner Hawkins. Defeating Zoro or whatever is completely irrelevant, he won't receive any bounty changes for it.

Perospero is one of the most influential members of an emperor's crew and has been a pirate for years. The point regarding Pedro is funny, because he is considered a more dangerous pirate than Headliner Hawkins.
