Paramecia - Ope Ope is the only fruit that Oda has to consistently restrict but is still in the top 5 busted fruits ever. Unless I see an awakened Gura then Ope Ope is just the far superior fruit in this class imo
Logia - Hard to pick here but probably Yami Yami. Any of the admiral fruit and Enel’s fruit are understandable options
Zoan - Nika is extremely busted, that’s why it now has an unreasonable time limit. Oda has to restrict it like Ope Ope otherwise Goofy will just cruise through his enemies. We will see its full potential against Imu and maybe BB
