Sanji gotta fight Sommers bruh, the man slapped a woman. And he hurt Robin. Sommers is all about using love negatively, whilst Sanji uses love positively.
Zoro's opponent doesn't really matter — he'll probably end up getting some decent feats against the main antagonist then get relegated to finding a random top subordinate like on Wano, to make room for Luffy to shine.

Initially I didn’t like the Sommers vs Sanji battle as I think Majin Broggy would be better, but I want Sanji to go all out against someone and with how Sommers weaponises love and the fact that he got dealt with by the original Sanji, I think this matchup’s inevitable. The good thing is that if this happens it obviously sets up Sanji vs JuPeter. Sommers being a gourmand, related to the guy who’s in charge of food supply for the world (agriculture), twisted use of love, blonde, prior beef with Sanji’s predecessor is pretty comprehensive. Sommers sees love as a weakness, so Sanji defeating him using the power of love will be thematic.
I'm convinced Loki and Hajrudin will have to take down Dorry and Broggy to become the new giant duo.
Luffy and Usopp (his arc? kinda like Zoro made it to rooftop for special focus) vs. Imu/Gunko
Zoro vs. Willingham (seems like the coolest knight left and hasn't been hype tooled so fits Zoro opponent type)
San "j" vs. Sommers (has been hypetooled already so fits the typical San "j" opponent type)
Jinbe vs. ???
Robin vs. ???
Franky, Brook, Nami, Chopper vs. the other demonized giants and saving the kids.

I think this arc is just about these 3 elevating tbh, idk if Oda has 1v1 fights for any character outside of the 3. Odas never done that before but these arcs haven’t been following his previous formulas. Sanji would’ve had a fight in Egghead when Luffy & Zoro were fighting.
No more obvious matchups tbh.

Oda often makes Zoro's opps special. Killingham has a mythical zoan fruit that can spawn undying monsters, put people to sleep, and spawn anything from people or his imagination.
And if you look at Killingham, he's like a mini Gunko abilities wise.
Both of them have an immortal army, and both can spawn objects. Oda loves giving Luffy & Zoro opps parallels too.
