I figure... if the narrative is going to be GOOD...

Then it requires two things to happen

1. Tashigi must acquire a black sword from a criminal by chance.

2. Tashigi must face off against Zoro toward the end of the series to take his black blade after she has already taken one (or even more than one!) from criminals. Tashigi will lose this fight.

For Tashigi's dream to make sense narratively, she needs to be boasting that she is a threat to black sword users by the end of the series.

My hope is that actually comes true somehow.

None of these 2 things need to happen. Zoro is already too far for her. She won't even reach OOT Zoro level by EOS so a fight between her and Zoro is useless.

Also her dream doesn't have to come true, she is not one of the MC.
