It's been a while since I made a thread
After the recent announcement that next Saga will be the final Saga
What do you guys expect to get payed off and be shown and fleshed out...
There are MANY plots that people have waited for to see get payed off and fleshed out, some of us wanted full arc centered around it, which I'm assuming this will never happen upon the recent announcement... In fact, with the New Movie Red, involving Shanks, I'm starting to think that Oda is resorting to this method to explore the unexplored territories of some characters that were not fleshed out in the series when it ends.... where Oda MIGHT use future anime movies to talk about different characters...
Anyway... back to the main topic, I'll try to mention as many plots on my head as possible to try to cover up what we wanted to see so far...
1- Starting with the crews dream starting with Luffy meeting Shanks and his crew... Zoro beating Mihawk, Sanji and all blue, Brook meeting Laboon...etc. Is Oda gonna flesh out ANY DREAM or is he just gonna show most of them in final chapter in aftermath in one or two short panels LOL. I'm assuming someone from outside crew like Koby's dream to be an admiral will surely come in aftermath, since there is NO WAY he can catch up to an admiral level fast enough LOL since final saga is already gonna begin in two chapters.
2- The villains, is Oda gonna combine Blackbeard and WG in one singular saga? like doing similar thing to Big Mom and Kaido? or is he gonna beat them separately? or maybe Oda will simply AGAIN resort to movies LOL
3- Dragon and Revs and what their role will be?
4- Vegapunk appearance? and his new creation that made WG dispose of Warlords
5- Aokiji's role and purpose and what is his End goal since he left the marines!? or did he acually leave to begin with? maybe it's just an act decided between him and Akainu to inflitrate Blackbeard pirates?
6- Gorosei and Imu-sama? Joyboy? Ancient History?
7- Finding One Piece? Laugh Tale?
8- What was Weevle role too since he didn't show up for Marco yet?
9- Are we gonna see some other remnants of WB pirates like Jozu or Vista ever again?
10- Is Enel or Crocodile or other previous villains gonna ever show up and have impact other than just reading newspaper about Luffy?
11- The Three Ancient Weapons being put to use and action "Poseidon/Uranos/Pluton"
12- Xebec full backstory?
I bet there are SOOOO many other plots I did not mention yet that the fans wanted to see or waiting for.... What do you guys expect Oda to cover in final arc? and what do you expect him to pass it and leave it either unresolved or for movies? or maybe even for it to be revealed in SBS or Databook?
Because at this point, I'm starting to believe Shanks story will be covered and highlighted in the movie while he gets small screentime in Manga... in fact, in manga I only expect to see the Luffy meeting Shanks. and some small fun exchange and then they get involved in final war while Oda put little screentime on Shanks cause he will put his effort on them in the movie instead
