Since the hierarchy is quite established after the end of Wano and we've already been shown what could be Luffy's and Zoro's end bounty will be, here's what I think

The deserving bounty for the future PK Luffy shall be 5.99 billion
The WSS Grandmaster's bounty should be around 4.02 billion
The first and last son of the sea, JInbe's bounty should be around 2.4 billion

The rest should be lower than the top 3.

True, it might not be a thing. However we can estimate their lowest actual representation bounties based on the people they want to be, Luffy Roger and Zoro Mihawk.

So in actuality, a true representation bounties would be: Luffy's will be 5.6+ and Zoro will be 3.6+. In the same vein, Sanji at 1.9+ surpassing Crocodile is a safe estimate.

luffy surely after finding the one piece and being declared pirate king, and by having a reader of the poneglyphs it is a sure thing that he will be the most dangerous being not only due to knowledge, because the GM fears more knowledge than raw power, that's why roger never had a higher and farther reward than shiro

EOS zoro, only if oda changes his mind regarding the mediocre reward he gave him for beating king, only if he moves away from that idea, by beating mihawk, in eos it could be

sanji defeating his opponent eos we will know how he will end up in reward, but we already saw that there are characters close to 2 billion without being emperors, so if sanji faces a character with a reward close to that, it's safe, but I'm inclined because once we know the rewards that the shikis alliance will offer for the admirals, surely sanji will get the reward by beating him

Sanji could be 3.2 bil or 5.9 bil (if Oda wants to make Sanji's wish of being the most dangerous man to the Marines come true).

Zoro needs to have a higher bounty than Mihawk.
Sanji and Jinbe need to reach the 2 billion mark.Come on,even Croc got 1.9 billion.

Sanji's name means 3, so his bounty'll probably be around 3 billion.

If we have to include the fish, Jinbe'll be anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 billion
