Doc Q and Stronger are probably the goofiest villains in OP. These duo intrigued me since their first appearance. Their presence can be both menacing and comic relief at the same time.

Pell was for me the breaking point of someone surviving death on a believable way, I had to accept that if a bomb wasn't going to kill him, then Oda was not going to kill anyone else. Was surprised with Ace and WB, but then we came back to this lame no death writing.

Paulie was cool too.
