I don’t know if it’s just me, but Kid being shocked at G4 and then the dialogue afterwards seems quite interesting, like the way he talks about the drawbacks of Luffys power in correlation to the amount of damage it can do makes it seem that he has something of his own. Form, attack I don’t know but I see no reason why Luffy is the only one who uses a haki related form and attacks, like at this point in the story everyone is using haki. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t be attacking 2 of the strongest pirates in the world without coating their attacks in haki. What’s stopping Law from using a haki infused radio knife? PLOT. What’s stopping Killer from coating his punishers in haki or Kid with his metal arm coated in haki? PLOT. The dialogue at the beginning of this fight makes shit seem even more stupid. Like they all witnessed Luffy use haki and deal a good hit on Kaido and then they don’t proceed to use haki to fight. What in the actual flying fuck.
I mean on what I was saying before, people like to put Punk Rotten and Gear 4 as two ultimate forms and Kids equal form in terms of stature. But it doesn’t look taxing in anyway. The metal golem can take attacks and just reform. Kid doesn’t seem to need to clap his hands or some shit to get the metal to come over to him. Like I think a lot of people have so many misconceptions on Kid’s ability due to how the anime portrayed it and the addition of non canon scenes in Sabody.
