Gin for sure is one of the best characters of East Blue that would be awesome to have him back.
Those marines MJ and Metal Jaw(forgot their names) they were kind of grinding just like Coby and Helmeppo.
Zeff, best East Blue father figure and maybe the best father figure of whole One Piece.
Whole fishmen crew from Cocoyasi since something will happen to Fishmen Island and probably will be good for fishmen since they will be treated equal as humans are would be good having them to notice this time changing happening.
From Grand Line my first character obviously has to be Laboon and Crocus. Don't even need to explain.
Skypea Ganfall would be interesting if he shows up at the seas and land.
Water 7 that Franky friend I forgot the name.
Impel Down new director I forget the name and of course Magellan (chad).
Marineford Giants. I think they were one of the coolest parts of that arc.
Fishmen Island Shirley with new predictions.
