It doesnt matter how strong roger and garp is but i think theres no way that they could beat rocks with whitebeard with kaidou and big mom right so thats like 2 rox d xebec with kaidou and bigmom vs roger and garp thats just crazy to think that they did this so lets make this sense.

so what if this happened. Whitebeard switched side? Would that make sense how they defeated the rock pirates? Theres two reason that i think that made whitebeard switch side

1. that someone hurted whitebeard’s crew that eventually made him very mad. no body hurts his family whitebeard would die for his family bruh. This is exactly what he told oden that he cant just let oden join because of his old crew was crazy.

2. Whitebeard doesnt like how they do things. They probably did everything selling weapons, kidnapping celestial dragons, and many many more this is probably the reachest freaking crew back then but whitebeard didnt like it so yeah he resigned before he took down rocks. But still id prefer the first one than this one theres no honor in this one but who knows.

anyways i think it would make sense if that happen.

Roger doesn't rely purely on power but also use tricks so that could've helped... Besides, WB, BM and others were still green at the time (not yet in their prime, maybe nearing it at most), aside from Kaido not having the DF yet... Another factor might be the lack of unity from the Rocks Pirates, each of them have personal agendas which may have contributed to their downfall... I mean, it's not impossible to think that Xebec's crew doesn't care about him and vice versa...

Kaido was far from his prime, Big Mom was close probably but still not at her prime. Whitebeard didn't switch side, that's not his type, but maybe he stopped fighting once Xebec was defeated.

 

[Rocks D. Xebec]

Kaido was just a pirate apprentice on Rocks' crew. The Fish-Fish fruit is clearly symbolic of Kaido's strength over time. He was a koi who climbed the waterfall and became a dragon. He was likely a non-factor at the time. We'll probably see this in his flashback.

Linlin and Whitebeard were also likely outside of their primes. WB doesn't seem like the type to run away, but Linlin and Kaido probably fled together when Rocks lost.

Don't forget Roger's side also had Rayleigh and Scopper.

I think Kaidou has honor, whitebeard and even big mom, big mom showed that she got honor during her talk with pokem. You cant just say that to most important fight of their lives thats when they started to fuck it around. I think all of this guys kaidou, bigmom shiko wants to defeat roger or garp althougbthey have personal agendas theres just some times that you have to be serious especially on their era where their biliefs are more important than their lives.
