Among the many pirate crews and other criminal organisations in One Piece world which ones have the means and the devil fruits and other abilities to be able of launching a rescue mission in order to infiltrate Impel Down and free someone imprisonned inside before escaping with success or to be able to enter the prison and beat the security by force and leaving before any reinforcment can come to the prison ?
As @Garp the Fist mentionned the Donquixote Family may have been a great choice with Pica and Senor Pink's devil fruits, with Pica being able of assimilating the prison itself while Senor Pink can slip anywhere with his df.
The Beast Pirates might be another choice since they definively make ships with seastone to go on the Calm Belt just like the marines thanks to them having Wano's seastone ressources at their disposal. If they have chameleons and other animal with camouflage Smiles users in their crew then they should use them to infiltrate the prison. Black Maria would be a good choice to sneak in with her spider df. King may be also a good choice with him being surely strong enough to face and beat Magellan especially with his wildfire ability, and with him being able of flying and so to travel in the prison quickly.
The Big Mom Pirates are also a great choice with Brûlée's devil fruit that is great for infiltration, Bobin being able of putting the guards, creatures and snailphone to sleep with his ability, Perospero can surely create keys to unlock the cells and cuffs like Mr 3/Galdino and one of the Sweet Commanders Katakuri or Smoothie can surely handle Magellan in case he surprises the rescue mission.

Morley has infiltrated and escaped Impel Down once and he can surely do it again so I will count the RA too.
1. Pudding whips up some mirror glaze (it's real, look it up)
2. Mont d'Or transfers that glaze into a small book
2. Brulee uses the reflective surface on Doffy's shades as a mirror
3. Normande uses the shades as a portal and exits the portal with the book
4. Normande opens the book and spreads the glaze around enough on a wall so Doffy can fit through a portal
5. Once Doffy and Normande goes into mirror-world, Oven heats and melts the glaze, destroying any evidence of how the escape happened.
