It would be hilarious if Sera Kuma has Buffalo's fruit. It's probably not gonna be useful in combat but that will fulfill the criteria of transportation which is something that the real Kuma is adept at.

About his hair, I think folks already said it's a coloring mistake. Similar to how King's wings used to be white in the anime.
