If chibi Jinbe get the swim swim fruit, and that is a good combo imo (even more if he can use fishman karate using land as water), what df could Vegapunk/ the WG have feed to chibi Mihawk? What would be the perfect combo considering the set of df the WG has (Impel down prisoners, marines of any rank, CP X and more)(remember that only paramecias are available).
