With Garp's Fist being Portrayed as Strong as a Supreme Grade Blade (That's what Chinjao's Fight indirectly told us)

Then They applied CoC Coating which is mostly what made their Attacks so Powerful
Then They applied Internal Destruction CoA, which in Shanks Case made Kid's Weapon Explode while in Garp's Case created Bigger AoE
(Similar to Sabo's Dragon Breath in Dressrosa Colosseum)

And finally, they both Applied Barrier CoA
Shanks had to use it to Protect himself from Explosion of Kid's Weapon
While Garp used it for Range

So it's Sword/Fist + CoC Coating + Hardening + CoA Barrier + CoA Internal Destruction
And these Two Attacks were shown Back To Back
And Shanks Attack is same as Roger's who was Garp's Rival
In other words, Oda is telling us Divine Departure = Galaxy Impact

Pretty much but. Others would say its CoC based and Ryuo diffusion.

Because the black lighting didn't go upward.

We have seen multiple times that CoC release creates a power similar to a cannon and presure, as seen when Law was sent flying by the clash of Luffy and Dolflamingo.

So it was CoC and CoA. Hard to know how did Garp applied it to his attack, but it indeed had great AoE and AP. As much as King Punch? Dont know.

Coc do3snt add anything to your attack. Only adcoc does that. Everybody is just making shit up.

Actually i thought Garp punched the ship but in the last panel it's behind the Galaxy lmpact text bubble..
So my speculations go out the window.. But @Santoryu D Bazooka Garp did use AdCoC because of the not
touching invisible field which Zoro has never done or never will..

At least there is progress here. Black Lighting is confirmed AdvCoC by you. As for Zoro its not even debatable.

Black lightning accompanied of an " invisible tangible field " both requirements are necessary when showcasing that power for the first time.. Yeah it's not debatable that Zoro never used AdCoC.. And it's not even a WSS path thing.. Even less likely..
