Well since she can clone herself anywhere, it would seem logical that she can switch her real body with the clone much like how Moria can switch with his shadow.
Or as long as she can see where she wants to be, her fruit allows her to grow her full body at that location

There's no combat difference between Robin and her clones so I don't think there's a need to teleport and as far as I can tell it isn't a skill she has, she either just sent a clone into the room like the time she was spying in Wano or just sent the giant slap and entered after Brook dealt with the webs.
