I answered with her looks because her design is admittedly what has made her stand out from most other female characters in the series. Personality-wise, I can see some foundations for a very interesting character, but she hasn't gotten to do anything at ALL. She has barely interacted with any characters aside from Luffy and Momo, and has had like 1 memorable line in total. She didn't even solve the bomb plot, so it's making me think that her main purpose is just having Oden's journal, which is such wasted potential.
