Drake/Apoo will take the win.
Even if CP0 is a mysterious and hyped organization, these Agents are partecipating in the plotline since Dressrosa, they are loose ends just like Kaido, Linlin and Orochi are.
They'll go down, Lucci + Top CP0 Agents/Commanders are the future.
Also, the Supernova downplay is crazy for a forum named WorstGen

CP0 is still relevant to the story, Robin hyped the masked agents and her subplot with them is still unresolved so I don't expect Drake and Apoo of all people to take them down. I don't think Oda bothered building up this whole plot only for them to serve as hypetools for barely relevant characters. Drake and Apoo are most likely getting off screened, I'd say.

Lakainu is ok with doing business with Pirates, he was against the removal of Shichibukai while Fujitora wanted to remove it, and he is the no.1 Larine dog of the Celestials, that's the only reason government supported Lakainu against Aokiji while Aokiji was supported by Sengoku and other Larines.
Lakainu also killed civilians just to protect his Celestial Dragon masters at Ohara, Ohara people were not pirates yet Lakainu killed a lot of civilians too.

Lakainu only complained when Doflamingo was treated like a Celestial Dragon, which would make Doflamingo as Lakainu's master, Lakainu just didn't want to be a subordinate of a weakling pirate like Doflamingo, that's all, but perhaps he can agree to join a Yonko like Aokiji did. After all Yonko > Ladmirals and Lakainu.

It’s 50/50
depends on what Oda’s goal and priority now:
- If CP0 are serious future enemy we need to watch out for, then they will win and it will also be revealed that there are stronger members
- If Oda cares more about giving highlight and a W for Drake/Apoo, then they will win…
for me, I prefer CP0 winning and then more stronger and dangerous agents showing up soon as Lucci was heading there.. Hopefuly Laskey finally shows up (my bet he’s the strongest agent)… because that outcome for me is much more intruiging to see and more entertaining as events in Wano have been going so easy so far and it seems it will also end very easily
like soon Sanji/Zoro will beat King/Queen and Luffy will deal with Kaido
And we have yet to feel any threat from this arc
