When Zoro didn't master Enma, it was so difficult to use..
Now that he's mastered Enma with his CoC, it's very easy to fight in KoH.. He's wearing Enma light like a feather, like Oden was..

So he can use KoH without being serious.. Although, that's great i didn't notice that Zoro didn't have his bandana on..

That's some policing going on, different nations/cultures have different norms where a specific age is not set for these things. Mental and physical maturity dictates how somebody is treated. The notion of 18 years (or 16 years) whatever the fuck it is, is so wrong. Human bodies and minds don't grow suddenly from one stage to the next. If somebody is physically and mentally mature on their 18th, you can be damn sure they were physically and mentally mature 1 day earlier too.
