2. Mihawk SHOULD know this due to again spending so much time with Zoro and perhaps connecting the dots but again, Oda.
3. I think Oda will at some point retcon Zoros dad having met Mihawk and used a similar move to the Three Thousand Worlds move Zoro used against him during their first duel. Hence why Mihawk was shown to be slightly shocked by it when he saw it. But beyond that?
Ushmiaru specifically I doubt Mihawk knew about. Though I could see him knowing about Ryuma due to the Black Blade thing though he might not know how Ryuma looked like.
4. I sure as fuck hope at least once during the Time Skip Zoro used that move in some sparring match but you never know. He might have kept that move close to the chest to have at least one ace up his sleeve for his TRUE re-match down the line.
5, 6 and 7. Due to who Mihawk is and the sword he holds, I am of two minds on it. He could know literally every notable sword in existence and be a sword nerd like Tashigi who just has the book on them and their info memorized, or due to having the strongest sword in his possession deem all others irrelevant.
8. Again, Oda seemingly never has people talk, among themselves, ever, but I would assume at least at SOME point during the two years Mihawk and Zoro talked about why exactly Zoro wanted to be the WSS, and his past in general so again yes I think Mihawk knows about Kuina.
Most likely just 4 through 7. Everything else would involve conversations beyond training, which seems unlikely given their personalities. Too much sentimental talk could soften their rivalry. I imagine Perona was the one who got to know both of them better in that regard.
However, when Zoro lost his eye, it might have led to a deeper conversation. I recall when Zoro said Mihawk couldn't be a follower of Buggy, despite hearing that even Crocodile was. It makes me wonder if Mihawk had opened up about his distrust of others.

Only way Zoro can win is by pulling out some shit Mihawk hasn't seen before.
If Mihawk knew about Asura already it wouldn't work, he'd deflect it like he was playing sekiro.
But the same shit is gonna happen where Zoro does a move, it pans on mihawk being shocked like their first fight:
And the "secret move" that zoro is gonna pull out is gonna be so secret that even Mihawk using future sight won't be able to understand what is going on, because Zoro will sprout asura clones while using daisen sekai + king of hell
And just like how asura is zoro's will but is still visible to people (for example kaku saw it), in the same manner Zoro's king of hell style, that green smoke that appears is also going to be visible, and it's gonna act as a smoke screen that covers zoro's secret move
And not even Mihawk's hawk-eyes will be able to pierce that smokescreen bullshit. And it's gonna all be backed up by the strongest coc utilisation in the current verse.
If they ran it back 100 times Mihawk would eventually adapt but he's gonna die so that won't ever happen. Think about it Mihawk is waiting for someone to surpass his greatest rival shanks, but he's not going to live long enough to actually have a rivalry with zoro because oda can't allow that to happen.
