In this war : only 4 people that alliance really wanted to beat:
Kaido to avenge Oden and Kidd/Luffy/law personal goals and grudge
BM coz she's Yonko.
Jack to avenge Zou incident
Pero to avenge Pedro

These are the 4 people the alliance members came to beat at any costs

Kaido was supposed to be defeated because Luffy wanted to defeat all 4 emperors and Law offered an alliance to do so.

Besides they didnt even know Perospero was there. Big Mom was kown just because she appeared in Udon.
They are non factors.
Inu+Neko vs Jack would have been a much better fight.
Perospero is there to fill some weird gap and have the dukes fight 1v1's.

Anyway, should be Big Mom's fight, however i'm starting to doubt if she will be completely defeated in this arc(specially because we're talking about a tired Law and wounded Kid).
So King x Zoro and Sanji x Queen due to lore about Lunarians and maybe Vegapank.

And Zoro and Sanji are going to take a big step forward defeating Emperor Commanders that even Captain Superovas didn't defeat.

At the level of the representation is the fight of Big Mom it seems that nothing really advances at the level of the plot. I'm not excited about this fight when I should.

I feel like Oda is going to come off the screen for this fight and save Big Mom for later, I even think her team will come looking for her later.
