He didn't participate in the mf war and hasn't been shown post ts even when Garp is around

OT: I’ve always wondered what Bogard’s purpose is...there’s no way he isn’t an important figure in the OP world (or the Marines at the very least) considering his lengthy partnership with the main character’s grandfather, but why haven’t we heard or seen anything out of him past backing Garp up in cover stories or the end of Enies Lobby?? If he shows up in the inevitable Rocks flashback, I think we’d all lose what little remains of our minds...
